Smackerz Return Policy
At Smackerz, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policy below, which applies to all products except THC-A products.
Products Eligible for Return:
- Apparel: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Accessories: Accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in their original condition and packaging.
Products Not Eligible for Return:
THC-A Products: Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. Please consider your purchase carefully.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at [email protected]. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send your return.
- Packing and Shipping: Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refund: Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the designated return address provided in our return instructions.
